Scot R. Sadler

Utica - Scot R. Sadler, 50, of Utica, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 7, 2024.

He was born on June 20, 1974, in Smithtown, NY, the son of the late Sidney Sadler and Barbara E. (Nix) Jansen. Scot was a graduate of Brentwood High School in Brentwood, NY.

Scot was owner and operator of Sadler Landscaping Co. in Utica, NY.

Survivors include his daughters, Authum Sadler and Carrah Sadler; sons, Allecks Sadler, Dylan Sadler, Cody Sadler and Cameron Sadler; a sister, Roni Donatello and husband Nick; brothers, Bruce Markey and wife Cindy and Lee Markey; his stepfather, Michael Jansen; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Scot's wishes funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of his family. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of the locally owned and family operated, Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to Hannaford Markets), 527 E. Albany St., Herkimer, NY.
