Obituary

 

Herkimer - Rosalyn (Lyn) Perry, 72, of Herkimer passed away peacefully on Monday, January 16, 2023, at Albany Medical Center.

 She was born on July 17, 1950, in Los Angeles, California the daughter of the late Phil R. and Isabel (Rodriguez) Lopez. Lyn was a graduate of Sacred Heart of Mary High School in Los Angeles, California.

 On July 17, 1971, Lyn was united in marriage to Bryan F. Perry at Our Lady of Miraculous Hope Church in Los Angeles, California.

 For many years, Lyn was employed as a resident assistant at the Masonic Care Community in Utica, NY.

 Survivors include her loving husband of 51 years, Bryan; three daughters, Michelle Villacorta and husband Germán; Jacqueline Tero and husband David and Lori Osterhoudt and husband Michael; five grandchildren, Isabel Villacorta, Alana Schlappi, Steven Osterhoudt, David Perry and Leo Osterhoudt; sister, Arcelia Lopez; brother, Armando Lopez and wife Martha; and numerous nieces and nephews.

 In keeping with Lyn's wishes funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of her family. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to Hannaford Markets), 527 E. Albany St., Herkimer, NY.
