Nancy L. Whitney

Utica - Nancy L. Whitney, 50, of Utica, (Town of Schuyler) passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at the Wynn Hospital, Utica, NY.

She was born on June 24, 1974, in Amsterdam, NY the daughter of Rozell “Timothy” Whitney and the late Margaret “Peggy” (Weigand) Whitney. Nancy was educated locally.

Survivors include her son, Brandon Lyman; her father, Rozell “Timothy” Whitney; a brother, Christopher Whitney and wife Jennifer; and a good friend, Walter Ostering.

In keeping with Nancy’s wishes, funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of her family. Arrangments are under the caring guidance of the locally owned and family-operated, Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to Hannaford Markets), 527 E. Albany St., Herkimer, NY.
