Ilion - Kimberly R. Washburn, 56, of Ilion passed away unexpectedly on Monday March 23, 2020 at her home.
She was born August 20, 1963 in Ilion the daughter of the late Richard and Shirley (Brown) Naugle and was educated in Mohawk schools.
Kim was last employed at the former Moose Lodge in Ilion. At one time she worked at Denny's and Crossways.
Survivors include her long time companion, Timothy Hanrahan of Ilion; three daughters, Stephanie Lynn Ruben and husband Nehemias and their children, Manuel G.L., Karolina G., Layla R., and Xavier D., Rueben, all of Willis, Texas, Shannon Marie Washburn of Herkimer, and her daughters, Harmony Phillips of Centerville, Texas, and Aaliyah Rae of Herkimer, Shari Anne Elizabeth Washburn and her children Kaidan L. McMullan, Kynsie R. McMullan, and Maverick E. Garcia all of Orange, Texas; a son, Steven Michael Washburn and wife April and their Doxie, Cookie of Cypress, Texas; a brother, Garreth (Gary) Naugle and fiancée Jean of Ilion; and several nieces and nephews. She is alos survived by her beloved Doxie, DeeDee.
She is also survived by her extended family, Cheryl Culver, Tiffany Lindsey - Arsenault, Russell Lindsey, Donnie Lindsey and Lloyd May, along with more nieces and nephews.
She loved her grandkids like no other. She was a huge fan of purple and loved dogs and butterflies. She had many other interests, including the one she enjoyed the most, being outside with her family and loved ones.
In keeping with Kim's' wishes a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date at the convenience of her family. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to NBT Bank), 527 E. Albany St., Herkimer, NY.
