Little Falls - Debra A. Pendolf, 66, a lifelong Little Falls resident, passed away unexpectedly from natural causes on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Little Falls Hospital, with her loving family by her side.
She was born on March 10, 1959, in Little Falls, the daughter of Mary Lou (Barnes) Grainer and the late John R. Grainer, Sr. Deb was educated in Little Falls schools.
Mrs. Pendolf was employed as a Home Health Aide for the Rome ARC in Rome, NY.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Lou Grainer; three sons, Joseph L. Pendolf and wife Veronica, Jason M. Pendolf, and Shannon Franchi and Justin A. Pendolf, and wife Brittany; 11 grandchildren, Jade, Jason, Gage, Caleb, Lily, Rubi, Avrie, Kinlee, Blake, Ariana and Chloe; three sisters, Kathy Grainer, Jodi Grower, and Lori Macon and husband Jose; a brother, Jeffrey A. Grainer and wife Debra; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was pre-deceased by her father, John R. Grainer, Sr., and a brother, John R. Grainer, Jr.
Deb's life was centered around her sons and grandchildren. She enjoyed the quality time she spent with her sons and cherished the precious moments she had with her grandchildren.
We remember our beloved sister, and though she's no longer with us, her memory stays with us. As the eldest of 6, she brought joy and love to our family, and we miss her dearly. She had a ginormous heart but was a stubborn person - you knew exactly where you stood with her, her face could tell a whole story. She had a mouth like a sailor and could really throw a punch back in the day. We often called her Muhammed Ali, and it fit her perfectly. She was our Mollz, our Sissy, our Protector, and now our angel. We hold onto the memories of her feisty spirit, her love, and her laughter."
Deb was a loving daughter, cherished friend, and constant companion to her mother. Their bond was unbreakable, forged in laughter, tears, and countless memories shared over the years. As they lived together, they embodied the saying, 'can't live with each other and can't live without each other,' a testament to their deep and abiding love for one another. In her mother, Deb found an idieg light, a confidante, and a er in every sense of the word.
