Dawn E. (Hallenbeck) Jones

Little Falls - Dawn E. Jones, 70, of Little Falls, passed away unexpectedly from natural causes on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at her home.

She was born on June 26, 1954, in Herkimer, the daughter of the late Fred and Gladys (Sanderson) Hallenbeck. Dawn was a graduate of Herkimer High School.

Her marriage to Warren Jones took place on June 24, 1979, at the First United Methodist Church in Herkimer.

In her leisure, Dawn enjoyed playing bingo and crafting diamond art.

Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Warren of Little Falls; daughters, Heather (Jason) Guyer of Indiana and Holly Jones of Little Falls; sons, Harold (Roe) Leavitt of Missouri and Richard Jones of Little Falls; sisters, Diana (Kerri) Congdon of Little Falls, Beatrice Hallenbeck (Brian) of Greenwich, and Jami Hallenbeck (Peter) of Ilion; brother, Larry Hallenbeck (Becky) of Ilion; 11 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Kora and Renee, whom she loved dearly; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her beloved granddaughter, Kali Guyer.

Graveside services will be held in the spring at Mt. View Memorial Gardens, Little Falls, NY.  Arrangements are under the caring guidance of the locally owned and family operated, Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to Hannaford Markets), 527 E. Albany St., Herkimer, NY.
