Beulah L. (Barb) Jones

Herkimer - Beulah L. (Barb) Jones, 74, of the Town of Herkimer, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021, at the Mid - Hudson Valley Medical Center, Poughkeepsie, NY.

 She was born on January 22, 1947, in Canajoharie, NY the daughter of the late Burton and Elsie (Blakeslee) Steenburg and was educated in Canajoharie.

 Barb was first married to Walter Ingraham who preceded her in death in 1987.  In July of 1997, she was united in marriage to Warren Jones in Frankfort, NY.

 Barb was last employed at Con Med in Utica, NY. At one time she worked at the former General Electric, the former Doufold and in her earlier years she worked at the former Beech Nut in Canajoharie.

 As matriarch of the family, Barb's life was centered around her loved ones. She enjoyed tending to her family, especially her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. Barb found much tranquility at home and caring and minding her horses.

 Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Warren; her daughter, Wanda Ingraham and fiancé Kendrick Ashe of East Herkimer; her sons, Wayne Ingraham and wife Diane of Frankfort and Shane Ingraham of the Town of Herkimer; her loving grandchildren, Arin Everson and husband George, Justyna Ingraham, Corrin Lawrence, Preston Isham, Cloe Ingraham and Camrin Ingraham; her cherished great grandchildren, Hope, George, Augustus, Nevaeh, Freya and Braylee Grace; her sister, Vicky Kapala and husband Bill of Little Falls; a step -son, Russell Jones and wife Linda of Sauquoit; several nieces, nephews, cousins, including, Ginger, Calvin, Candace, Ryan, and Polly and many in-laws, including Joyce Sanderson.

 She was pre-deceased by her brothers, Andy Steenburg and Stanley Steenburg and a special aunt, Helen Bellinger and her two canine companions, Remy and Ruby.

 A celebration of Barb's life will take place on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at 6:00 pm from the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (Next to NBT Bank), 527 E. Albany St., Herkimer, NY. The family will be receiving relatives and friends on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, from 4:00 pm until the time of the services at 6:00 pm at the funeral home. In keeping with the New York Mandate, facemask and social distancing are required.
