Pooran Malchan Obituary

St. Johnsville - Pooran Malchan, 80 a resident of the St. Johnsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center passed away peacefully on Friday March 8, 2019 at that facility.

Pooran was born March 16, 1938 in Trinidad, West Indies and was educated locally.

In his younger years he enjoyed playing soccer and swimming. He was of the Buddhist faith.

He is survived by the staff and residents of the St. Johnsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Graveside services will take place in the spring at St. Johnsville Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the caring guidance of the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to the Masonic Lodge), 20 Bridge St., St. Johnsville, NY.
