Baby Annalyse Smith Obituary

Canajoharie – Baby Annalyse Hope Smith, beloved daughter of Jayson and Jessica (Hazzard) Smith became an angel in heaven on Wednesday August 28, 2019 at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, NY.

She is survived by her maternal grandparents, Wendy and Bud Hazzard of Canajoharie; paternal grandparents, Stanley and Cindy Smith of Canajoharie; her great grandparents, Lee and Thelma Safford of St. Johnsville, and Charles and Leona Hazzard of Fort Plain; an uncle, AJ Hazzard of Canajoharie; an aunt, Candice Brownell of Canajoharie, as well as several great aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was pre-deceased by her great grandparents, Harold and Lois Avery and Mary and Ozzie Smith.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to the Masonic Lodge), 20 Bridge St., St. Johnsville, NY.
