Ann J. Bukay

Herkimer – Ann Jeraldine Bukay, 81 of Herkimer passed away unexpectedly on Saturday February 3, 2018.

She was born September 26, 1936 in the Ukraine, the daughter of the late Michael and Tetiana Wasylyk and was educated locally.

For 40 years until her retirement in 2001, Ann was employed at Redco Food in Little Falls, NY. She was a life member of the former St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church in Little Falls and when the church closed she became a member of the Ukrainian Catholic Church of St. Volodymyr the Great in Utica. NY.

Survivors include her son, Michael Bukay of Baldwinsville, NY; a brother, James Wasylyk and wife Kay of North Los Vegas, Nevada; and several cousins.

In keeping with Ann’s wishes, funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. All funeral arrangements are under the caring guidance of the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to NBT Bank), 527 East Albany St., Herkimer, NY.
