Fort Plain – Rosemarie Dibble, 74, of the Town of Minden, Passed away on Thursday June 1, 2017 at Bassett Healthcare, Cooperstown, NY with her loving family by her side.

She was born on February 27, 1943 in Germany and was educated in Germany.

Her marriage to Wesley W. Dibble took place on November 18, 1969 in Wuerzburg, Germany. The couple shared a blessed union of 40 years until the passing of Wesley on November 25, 2009.

Rosemarie was graced with the gift of raising her children as a stay-at-home mom, the greatest fulfillment in her life. Her greatest joy in life was giving her time and love to her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening and took much pride in the presentation of her flower gardens.

Survivors include her son, Michael Dibble of Little Falls; two daughters, Marion Walker of West Palm Beach, Florida and Melissa Dibble of Fort Plain; her loving grandchildren, Christopher Pierce of St. Johnsville, Danielle Walker of West Palm Beach, Florida, Marisa Walker of West Palm Beach, Florida, Gavin Dibble and Anna Dibble both of Little Falls; brother-in-law, Lloyd Dibble of Canajoharie; and several nieces & nephews.

She was pre-deceased by a sister, Inge Engelhart and a brother Rudolph Muche.

The family will be receiving relatives and friends on Monday June 5, 2017 from 4 – 7 pm at the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, (next to the Masonic Lodge), 20 Bridge St., St. Johnsville, NY 518-568-7040. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday June 6, 2017 at 10:00 am at West St. Johnsville Cemetery.
