I did not personally know Ray but he was very good friends with my grandson Chris. Chris said he always enjoyed spending time with Ray because he was always so happy and upbeat. So sad when such a young person passes. I will pray for his family at this sad time.

his family that somehow they can get through their grief

To the family of Ray my sincere sympathy goes out to his entire family.I am an aide at Herkimer High school .I knew Ray when he went to Herkimer, He was a very polite respectful young man I encountered him at Denny's Restaurant a few weeks ago I asked him if he remembered me and said of course . He gave me that big smile and gave me that big hug.To his mom you raised a fine young man you should feel very proud . What a loss for your family , I only hope his son grows up to be like him.

Praying for Ray, his family, and friends. Ray was an amazing person, with a contagious smile and huge heart. We were very good friends in high school and anytime I would see him as we got older, even if it had been a while since the last, it seemed like we picked up right where we left off. As with so many others Im sure, he will be absolutely missed. I pray that he is happy, without pain, in Heaven and that God comforts his family. So very sorry for your loss.

Ray has always been a ray of sunshine with a smile and hug when we would meet. His joy for life was given freely to others and without reservation. His kindness was felt by all who had the ultimate pleasure of being in his company. Ray will be greatly missed by all who who he touched with his spirit and love.

Ray is an amazing young man who made a positive impact everywhere he went, his radiant smile that no one will ever forget, he was an instant sense of comfort, Ray was the first person to welcome my son into a new City and an unforgettable guest in my home, respectful, compassionate, caring, just an amazing person all the way around, he never needed an invitation he was welcome any time day or night. my heart is broken I will never forget the feeling I felt when I heard his name involved it was without doubt one of the saddest days that I've experienced. I am so sorry for your loss he is such a great loss and I pray that Our Father in Heaven will heal your hearts, your minds and your spirits. To place comfort in the hearts of those who believe in the word, Ray and I had numerous conversations in reference to Our Father, my heart is so thankful for this. God Bless all of you
