Herkimer – Jean C. and Katie F. (Gortva) Jolivert, mourn the loss of their infant daughter, Lacy Jolivert, who became an angel in Heaven on Saturday August 27, 2016 at Faxton – St. Luke’s Healthcare, Town of New Hartford, NY.

She is survived by her parents, Jean and Katie; three brothers, Christopher, Gabriel, and Atreyu Jolivert, all at home; her paternal grandparents, Michel and Philomene Jolivert; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
