Gail passed away Saturday evening, July 29, 2017, near her home in Olivet, SD as result of a single car accident. 

Born in Little Falls, NY on February 9, 1958, Gail had traveled the country and finally settled in Olivet, SD. Everyone knew her as a loving and giving person who loved to sing. Her creative nature was well known and her artistic flare showed in every aspect of her life. Gail had a unique world view and an enthusiasm that was infectious.  Gail's energy was incredible! Her free spirit has truly been set free and she can finally open her wings and soar.

Gail is survived by her sisters, Ann Tomei, Jean Race and Nancy Beeman, along with nieces, nephews, and two grand nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Louis and Ellen Gerdin.
